Terms of Service
Circl helps organizers run recurring games and collect per-game fees. Organizers set the fee; players pay the fee plus a £0.50 service charge per paid spot.
How payments work
Payments are held when you RSVP and only charged when the game locks in — nobody pays unless it's on. If a game is called off, payments are released or refunded automatically.
Payouts
Organizers receive payouts via Stripe; Circl never holds your money.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for what happens at your games. Circl is a coordination tool, not the organizer, and isn't liable for the games themselves.
Fair use
Don't use Circl for anything unlawful — we can suspend accounts that abuse the service.
